Contact and quote request forms

When you fill in a form, your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message are sent to us by email. The website does not store them. We use them to reply to you and keep them in our mailbox for as long as it takes to handle your request.

Quote request list

The products you add with “Request a quote” stay in your browser (local storage) until you send your request. They only reach us together with the form.

Newsletter

If you sign up, your email address is sent to us by email and we add it to the shop news list. To unsubscribe, reply to one of our emails or write to boutique@ebikeshopvionnaz.ch.

Page translation

The website is available in French, German, Italian and English. The translations are published on the website itself: switching language sends no data to a translation service and sets no cookie.

Visitor statistics

If you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit, the website measures its audience with Google Analytics 4, which sets the “_ga” and “_ga_…” cookies for up to two years. Google may process this data outside Switzerland, in particular in the United States. If you refuse, no measurement tool is loaded. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page: if you withdraw your consent, these cookies are deleted.

WhatsApp and Instagram

The WhatsApp and Instagram buttons open Meta services. They transmit nothing until you click on them.

Customer reviews

The reviews shown on the product pages were published by their authors on our previous website. We show them with the name they had chosen. To have a review removed, write to boutique@ebikeshopvionnaz.ch.

Hosting

The website is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva. Like any web server, it records in its logs the IP address, the page requested, the date and the browser of each visit, for security and to keep the site running properly.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data concerning you by writing to boutique@ebikeshopvionnaz.ch.
